Charging per login punishes an event business for the way it is built: a couple of people in the office and a lot of casuals. Here the price is per business. Your crew log in to see their own shifts, and that costs you nothing.

Prices in Australian dollars, per month, GST not included. No lock-in contract. Rostering and timesheets are on Operator and above. What it costs to leave is nothing.

What you are not charged for

  • Your crew Crew logins are free on every plan that has rostering. Charging per login for a business that runs on casuals is the one thing we set out not to do.
  • Your clients The client page is part of the product, not an add-on.
  • Getting your data out CSV export on every list, any time, including after you leave.
  • Setup We set up your checklist and your price list with you. There is no setup fee.
